Need code for 1995 honda civic radio anti theft?
Some have it right, some are way off. There is a yellow, red blue and black wire in back. with a bunch of other colored wires for the speakers. The yellow wire is to be connected to a constant power ( battery) the red wire is a switched wire that should go to an accessory power ( only to have power when the key is turned to the on or acc. position) The black wire is a ground. The blue wire is to send power to an auto antenna or to switch a power amp on. Your problem is the yellow wire, somebody probably wired it together with the red. Separate them and find a switched power source and your problem will be cured.Wires good, Subs good,Amp works..#2?
i installed a JVC stereo in my car and the same happens to me, the man in the shop said I need to purchase a special wire to make it have memory, I'm not really sure in your case, i would of thought u have to buy the wireTake the yellow wire and connect it to constant power. This isn't a fault of Sony, it's how stereo's are wired.
DO NOT connect red and yellow together.
