Where can I find instructions on getting a radio in a 1998 Audi A4 out of "safe" mode?

Question:
I have the 4-digit code, but can't figure out which of the radio buttons to push to allow me to enter the code and can't figure out how to enter a "0". It's a Delta radio, and I found a Delta site but the instructions it has aren't for radios with my radio's configuration of buttons.
