Cant unlock Corsa stereo (CDR500). Advice needed please!?

Hi guys

Where can i find wholsale Audiobahn Subwoofers?

Really need someone's help or advice! I have just had a head unit (Alpine stereo) taken out of my car, a 2004 Corsa. I have had the factory stereo (CDR 2005) put back in but I am struggling to get the stereo working because I need to put the factory code in. HOWEVER, although I have read over 100 times in my manual, the procedure to enter the code I cannot get past the word "SAFE".

How do i change my alpine type r 12" to work at 2 ohm's with the jumper that came with the sub?

Does anyone have any advice or has anyone encountered this problem and knows what I can do? If I take it to a dealership will they charge me becaue I have tampered with the original head unit?

How much inches dia shold i cut out of the board to fix a 10"sub.?
