I bought alpine car speakers from someone. Opened the first box and everyhting was fine and left the second alone. I go home and the second box has FAKE SPEAKERS. I paid the guy 150 dollars for the speakers. I have his address name and a hisotry of emails of him telling me they are in good condition and where to pick them up. The emails contain his name and adress. What should I do?

do you have proof that you didn't swap the speakers cause this is what the other person is going to say when you confront him on this... You might try to get your money back by contacting him. Most deals are as is with no return. You should have inspected both speakers. I would write him a certified letter stating unless he makes good on the deal by either providing you with the speakers he advertised or your money back or you will be seeing him in court.. bluff him.. might work. otherwise it is a tough lesson learned the expensive way..What kinda car speakers should i get?

If he had them in his garage or something, who knows who else could have gone in there and swapped them out. before you make this guy out to be the scum of the earth, first make sure that it wasn't an honest mistake.
If it turns out that he IS trying to scam you, tell him that you're going to contact the newspaper and file a complaint/report and that you're going to file a police report of 'fraudulent misrepresentation of goods offered for sale'
