i already got the power, remote, and ground install but at the time that i connect the rca's it only works one amp i won't let me hear the 2 at the same time please help if someone know how ; thanks..

if one amp has an rca output you are going to want to hook the cd player up to that amp, and then have the rca output from that amp go out to the other amp.Do rear speakers usually have a seperate fuse or connection on the stereo of a car?
you werent very specific on how you have it hooked up now, but if you are using an rca splitter to send it to both amps, that will not work.

if you do not have an rca output on either amp, your best bet would be to either hook up one channel to each amp, and have one be the left and one be the right, if they are going to be for subs, and then just run each sub in a mono or bridged mode,

or you could hook one amp up with the rca jacks and hook the other one up using the line-level inputs, which are just speaker terminals. take the speaker wire going to your rear speakers and run them instead to the amp, and then have the line-level outputs go to the speakers. the amp will take the signal being sent to the speakers, and use its low-pass filter to filter out everything except the bass.

Edit: running splitters on your RCA cables will cut the voltage level of the outputs in half. It will work but will not sound nearly as good. you will be alot better off using the line level inputs.

Here's how I did mine.. I used to have 2 500w Sony Xplod amps and 2 800w Sony Xplod 10" subs. I bought an 1400w dual amp wiring kit from my stereo shop for like.. 100 bucks I think. It came with a 4 gauge power wire that you ran from the battery into a splitter, which split the the 4 guage into fuses which in turn hooked into 8 guage wire. Each of those went to a separate sub. Then each RCA into the amp, remote wire from the cig. lighter fuse into one amp then piggybacked it into the other, then two separate grounds.How do u bridge an amp rockford if that helps?
But, one set of RCA's died, so I just attached RCA splitters (I think it's a Y splitter, like say you plug the bottom of the Y into the red end of an RCA cable and it makes it a red and a white to plug into the amp) into each RCA plug and into each amp and it worked fine.
