Need a installer a reputable installer?

you have to run the rem(remote amp)wire to your head unit.there is a blue wire marked remote amp or power ant.this wire tells the amp to turn on when the head unit is powered up.

Change deck without changing the CD changer in the trunk?

If you are talking about the head unit then you take the REM to the blue wire from the wiring harness. If you are talking about the amp then it usually goes in the terminal between the positive and negative terminals. This terminal should be labeled REM or remote.

how much square footage in a box do i need for a kicker speaker?

Pioneer = Connect it to the blue wire. That is the switchable hot when you turn on your unit.
