In car CD Player? Help!?

Question:
I have a 06 206sp, the audio frontage is currently a radio and tape player. i want to put my own cd front in however i still want to keep the use of the multifunction display unit, the stick thingy on the steering column and the multi disk changer. The multidisk changer is Blaupunkt, do i have to get a Blaupunkt Front that is compatible with the Multifunctional Display unit and the stick thingy for it all to link up? This is very confusing, Will it be expensive?

Ford Ranger XLT?

you can get adapters for the steering wheel controls and display units from somewhere like halfords. im pritty sure you can do the same for the cd changer. you can get a cd changer compatible cd head unit quite cheaply. im not sure how much the adapters are but they wont be more than 30 quid i would imagine
