How do i hook two amps to one car stereo?

alright there is the audio connectors on the back of the radio run those to the one side on the amp and if you amp supports another amp then there will be the same connectors the red and white on the other side of them amp do the same thing to another amp simple.

Here's how I did it:

Car stereo amplifier question?

From the battery, I ran 4 gauge wire into a 2 way distributor block (fused of course) and from there I ran two 8 ga. wire to each amp. I then ran them to two different grounds. It's suggested that you run the two grounds into another distributor block and then a 4 ga wire from that to a ground but it's been working for me so far.

How do i install a 2nd battery for stereo use?,?

For one of my amps, the one that powers the speakers, I ran 2 separate RCA cables from the back of my head unit, one for front speakers, and one for rear speakers. For my other amp (one for the sub) I ran a third RCA from the head unit. This totals to THREE separate RCA cables.

very very simple its called a ((((DAISY CHAIN))) look it up it will be alot simpler then having me explain it and if ur amp only has 1 set of rca plugs then go to radio shack and buy a 2 way splitter with 1 female end and 2 male ends and there uu goo thers a few other ways to do it also just look up daisy chain ull understand
