Steering wheel audio control?

what you need to know is woofers require a specific amount of airspace (look in the woofers manual for specs) and that typically a ported box is larger then a sealed box. and that a ported box has to be tuned, which means its not as easy as cutting holes and calling it a day, usually it has to have a specific diameter and length to this port, example, some woofers require
a 3'' port 6'' long, so you could use pvc pipe.
but chances are if their in a sealed enclosure, their best to be left in there without building a new larger box

Is it possible to install a Subwoofer with a stock radio?

Well, the port in a box can't just be added as there are calculations for it's diameter and length based on the internal volume of the box and tuning frequency.

Which amp to go with my subs?

Is a 1.5 ohm load too much for a Rockford Fosgate Punch 401s amp?

basically you can just drill a hole. id start out small and if its constantaly pushing air out like a stream of it make it bigger until between hits there really isnt air comming out of the ports anymore.
