Those are all junk! How should I wire a 2 12" hifonics zues subs to a crunch 1000 watts 2 channel amp.?
Look on ebay or go to an Authorized dealer and get you some Rockford Fosgate T2's. Same with the amp... go with Rockford.
I have 1 T2 and a BD1000 anp and my car can be heard 4-5 blocks away. Rockford is the best IMO.
Cant unlock Corsa stereo (CDR500). Advice needed please!?
both are good but i prefer legacyNo .No . No and NO NO NO . Per my husband who has been installing stereos for 15 years. He recommends. Pioneer 2504spl speakers and JBL makes good amps. Hope this helps..

4000w is allot to push, and it's going to take allot of money to get there. If you see a sale on Ebay for 2 subs pushing 2000w for 300, that sounds too good to be true. Anyhow, do you reallize how much 4000w is, that's overkill for the average person. I was over at Orion (my choice of car audio produts), the closest I could find from their line of amps was HCCA-D5000. This amp hits 5000w, and price is 1500 dollars. It's just to show you, if you want serious watts, you'll pay serious money. Bare in mind the figure for watts are also peak, so you won't be seeing them that often.
Where can i buy a car dvd player with gps, cheap?
Personally, I don't think most people don't need more then 1000w, 400 RMS. Brand wise, I would personally choose Alpine for retail level audio. But more importanly then that, make sure you know what you're looking for. For instance, pay more attention to the RMS numbers, not the peak. Second, make sure you get a Class D amp, monoblock perferabily.
How do you find the Decibels (sound pressure) of a stereo system's speakers? here are the specs.?

Help With Wiring Componet System?
I picked these 2 for a reason. If you look at the sub you'll see it says it has dual 4 ohm voice coils. Which means when you run it parallel, it would make the amp operate at 2ohms, which means you'll get ALLOT more power. In this case, this amp at 2ohms pushes 800 RMS, and that's darn good. In fact, that actually rated higher then what the sub can push.
A 3 series bmw 94 stick shift..?
Whatever you do choose, make sure your set up is operating in 2ohm (if possible). Allot of people go out and get (what they think) is a powerful amp. But without the proper sub (and the proper wiring) you'll never see that extra power. DONT get a sub that has single voice coils @4 ohms, remember that. Try and find a sub that has dual voice coils at 4ohms. You could try and find one that has dual @ 2ohms, but I don't even know if they make that. And it would probably fry just about any amp.
My subwoofers keep going on/off?
Good luck.
I have a pioneer car cd player model # deh4800mp. Shutting itself off?
Any Lanzar sub with a die-cast frame will sound good. It has nothing to do with the frame, It is simply their higher end subs. They are all optimized for vented enclsoures. You can use them in sealed boxes too. If you use a big vented box and you will not believe how loud they can get. I have also owned Volfenhag, and they are a much better subwoofer than you would expect. I owend the aluminum cone driver. Not a bad sub. It got pretty loud. worked great vented and sealed. I would avoid Pyramid. some of their drivers are ok, but in terms of peak output, they are not even on the same page as the lanzar or volfenhag I mentioned. also, many of their woofers are better for home use than car use. Legacy is pretty much equivalent to the "higher end" pyramid. They won't give you anywhere near the performance of the other two. BTW, Lanzar is the same company too, but in Lanzar they produce some products that will keep up with the premium brands you pay thru the butt for. If you want good solid performance, I would recomend a Lanzar class D amp. Expect to spend about 150 to 250 for a good sized amp. Match it with either the aluminum volfenhag (or better), or Lanzar Heritage diecast or OPTI subs. You will not be disappointed. A single Heritage DC 15 in a big vented box with 500 + watts on it will get very loud. You could potentially put together a nice little sub system for about 300 to 400.I Need to Know How To Hookup A Car Video System?
The entry level Lanzar (max, max pro, and heritage steel frame) are decent for the money, but it really is worth the extra money for the higher end ones.
Is there any way to hook up a CD changer to an 1997 Audi A6 with a factory Bose stereo?
Pyramid and Legacy amps do work. They are massively overrated. the biggest amps available in either brand will only put out about 500 watts or less. If you do not need a lot of wattage for your set-up than they will do ok. Watch Pyramid, they sell some amps without crossovers that are non-brideable. You can get good output from a small amp if your subsystem is highly efficient. Many comercially produced bandpass systems will get damn loud on only a few hundred watts. Lanzar makes a nice double and used to make a nice tripple 10 and 12 inch bandpass system. They are very high in efficiency.
P.S. Performance Teknique and Volfenhag subs are the same subs re-designed to look different. If you check the T/S parameters, you'll see what I mean.
What brand of speakers do you think sound louder?
I have absolutely no experience with the volfenhag amplifiers, only the woofers. Even the aluminum cone volfenhag (about $80 each) will embarass guys with entry level Fosgate, kicker, mtx, etc. They sound as good as mid range drivers costing twice as much.
btw, 4000 real watts for a subwoofer system is HUGE. You're talking like SPL competiton systems. Roughly 1000 watts rms on a couple of good subs will satisfy most bass heads. In some cases 1000w on one sub will make you want to fall out of the car and die. 250 watts on a well designed subwoofer system can blur your vision, shake your rear view mirror, and make you feel asthmatic The woofers you choose and the box you put them in is the biggest determining factor in how your bass sounds, and how loud it gets.
Most efficient 100 watts x 4 at 4 ohm am ever.?
if u want 4000 watts, go with a kicker solo x sub. 12 or 15, they have 18in but thats 5000 rms alone. they are comp subs and hit harder than pretty much any other subMore Questions & Answers ...
