Will this box work for a 15 inch Kicker Comp VX?

You are going to have to get amps with rca out-puts. Most amps these days have this option. To make sure all of these amps are getting enough input voltage I strongly reccomend you get a line driver. Phoenix gold makes one that you can control up to 18 amps off of. I found one on ebay for you, click the link below to see it.
This is a six channel line driver by the way, so you would only need to use four out of the six, you would run two amps on each channel.

Build new box for dual subs?

just get an rca splitter, or if some of the amps have pass through rca, which means you get the same signal without the splitter or anythin, just get another rca cable

Hifonics amp with Kicker l7?

IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE ANSWER TO THIS SIMPLE QUESTION I WILL SUGGEST TO STAY AWAY FROM THE CRAZY IDEA of connecting 8 amplifiers in your vehicle, i have 12 woofers in my spl vehicle for competition only and there is 3 amplifiers pushing all the woofers
