Yes, you can. If you have dual 4 ohm voice coils, you will will wire the subs in a series to get a 8 ohm load out of each and then wire the subs together in parrallel to get a 4 ohm load. You will get 500 watts rms at this load. Since your amp is running at 4 ohms its power supply will be running much more effiecient and cooler so it will power these just fine. If you have dual 2 ohm coils you will again wire into a series into a four ohm load and then wire them together in parralell and get a 2 ohm load and you will have 1000 watts at 2 ohms. Your amp will be running harder at 2 ohms but the alpine amp is made to run in this operation.

It all depends if the amp is stable at the impedance (ohms) the subs when wired to either configuration.
