I have a 1998 mazda 323. I am getting a new stereo and speakers. Will I need to replace any of the wiring?

Running at 2 ohms vs. 4 ohms will give more power, but at a price. It won't sound as good and the amp will run hotter for a shorter life.

You can wire them as a 2 ohm load only if the 2 speaker outputs are bridgable as a single speaker output. If not, you will just have to wire them as 4 ohm loads.
