Stock CD player question?

Question:
Ok, I have a 1994 z28 camaro with stock cd player. its the bose system. One day it just stopped playing sound. Everything works except for sound coming out, except for very faitn sound If you turn the volume up all the way and put your ear next to the speaker. Checked all the wires to see if they were loose, but they arent. Anyone had this happen to them or anyone know what is wrong? Please help.

did you know that there is a bose amplifier in the vehicle this amplifier is defective the capacitors inside the amplifier are leaking acid in to the amplifier board
you need to remove the amplifier remove all the green and some fo the blue capacitors cleand the board and replace all the caps with new ones
