Dont know what amp to get?

I need to know what kind of amp i should get for my 10" Kicker L5, It has an rms of 450 and a peak of 900. I am thinking on 600-800 watts. If you could tell me whats a good brand, or what wattage i should get, thatd be great, thanks.

this all depends on the woofer itself. do more research on the L5 just to be sure. go to the kicker web site to get the true ratings and ranges on that particular woofer. i myself, have the 12in. kicker L7's dual voice coil and 2-1000watt D-series Crunch amps and doing pretty well with a 159dbs in an 87 Ford Taurus. yeah thats low but it hurts most ghetto crankers. good luck with your results. hope to hear you one day.

Get about a 400 watt rms amp, you have to make sure it matches the ohms, what ohms is it? if you have the money go for a matching kicker amp

it that's case I would just go with a kicker amp also. you are definitely headed in the right direction with the 600-800 watt range.kicker is a good amp but if I had a choice and the money I would go with rock ford fosgate.

Is it necessary to purchase a separate antenna to go with a Cobra CB radio?

I've had the best results with Infinity amps. I don't have a sub, but the 4-way Infinity I have driving my 6.5-inchers makes them sound a lot bigger than 6.5".
