I have a memphis 16st-1000d and i put it on to some 12' kicker cvr's?

Question:
Well the amp started to spark so of coarse i turn it off right away , when i try to see if i ruin the amp completely it would'nt come on but the fuse light would but the fuse's are fine...? anybody have any idea im thinkin it might be a channel that went out because it sparked right by the speaker wire input
