How do you install optx neon accent lights?

I am trying to buy a 20"neon light I got the aircraft saftey switch and the in-line fuse and can somebody put it step buy step I own a 01 pontaic ,2.2 Liter ,4 cylinder car ,automatic and I was hoping to install them soon so plasese!! help

2. Cut of cig. liter plug, close to plug.
3. separate the + and - wires, about 6 in.
4. find a spot for the ground, unpainted mettle surface.
5. put a ring terminal on ground wire, the one with out the stripe.
6. bolt the ring terminal to spot you found.
7. make + side longer, use a but connect.
8. mount switch, and connect wires.
9. find souse of power, bat. or fuse box.
10. wire the fuse, with in 6 in of power supply.
11. connect + wire to power.
12. turn on and enjoy.
