Would I Be Able To Install A Cd Player In My 89' Chevy Corsica?

My friend is going to do it if we can, but we went to the place, and got the cd player, and the accessories for it, but they didnt have the dash kit..I need to know if you have ever/or know someone who has put on it there, and how hard it is! Thanks in advance!! =]

It's a specialty kit that's only used for the Corsica and Beretta for a few model years. There are actually different kits for vehicles equipped with air conditioning and those without. The climate control module gets removed from the old radio assembly and mounted on the kit. Here's links for the kits:

Follow the directions with the kit, use a standard GM harness and antenna adapter, and you shouldn't have any problems.

I just recently installed a Sony Xplod CD deck and a 600 Watt Amplifier with 1 12" Xplod Subwoower into my 89' Chevy Beretta , now correct me if im wrong but i think that the Corsica also has the A/C Controls connected to that factory radio. couldnt find a dash kit? thats wierd. Go to other stores and check for more. Wallmart/kmart/meijer all have them, and any self respecting car parts place should have them too.
