Wiring a cd player?

Question:
i have a jvc cd player i wired it right i believe but it dosent save the radio stations or anything of that nature. So i ask u hoe can i wire it right for it can save my setting and radio stations

Answers:

can anyone help with this problem with the 6000 cd radio in my ford focus?

ok,twisting the red and yellow together doesn't work, that would only allow power to the jvc while the key is on&whouldnt save settings.the yellow wire should go to a constant + power.if all else fails run a small peice of wire from the battery to the cd player, that will definantly solve your problem!good luck

Line level converter question?

Your continuous power should run to something that does not turn off when you turn your key off, yellow I believe. connect that wire to somehting that is directly connected to the battery, you can check wires with a multi-meter.
