Can you Hook up 2 subs and a cd player to a 2 channel amp?

i have two 12'' Alpine Type R subs (1500 watts max ) and a Alpine CDA-9883 CD player i think it's 200 watts max. I want to put 1200 watts in the subs but i don't know what kind of amp i need ? Please help
