does anyone know, if you can play your radio and the dvd vehciel system at teh same time? my car i would liek to get is the saturn vue!

I have a Lanzar SVD39 and it has what they call a professional sound dual zone function it is awesome ! It allows you to listen to the radio or satelite radio up front through the front speakers and my kids are watching a dvd in the back through the back speakers ! so it is possible you would have to change the factory stereo.U can get the radio at onlinecarstereo.com

Any unit can be wired up to make it work while the vechile is in motion, but it is highly illegal, so do at your own risk. The audio side, you can do that, but it would require alot of re-wiring of the internal chassis of the unit, which will be expenisve. You're best off to use one or the other.
