A blown speaker usually has more of a crackle sound to it, Try hitting the door around the speaker... if you can reproduce the rattle sound then it's something loose in the door, if you can't then it's probably the speaker.if it is the stock speaker then it is probably blown out, toyota speakers ussually last for about 5 years depending on use and where you live, if there is cold weather or humid weather they will wear out faster.
