Can the neon lights be replaced on a 2.4 farad Lanzar cap?

Question:
Had the Lanzar cap installed about a year and a half ago - still works fine but the 2 blue neon tubes inside stopped working. I don't know if it can be taken apart to replace the 2 tubes. Or is it simpler to just get a new cap? See the same model for sale on ebay.

Just get two super bright LED's and put them behind the neons. Justget the right resistor for the LED's and wire them with the right polarity.
