Is it true in order to replace "blown" speakers in my 9.5 Saab the dealer must do it? Something about all speakers running off one AMP? Help!

Not likely. I've never owned a Saab but this seems very unlikely. Essentially a speaker is a speaker and can be replaced with a similarly rated/sized speaker.

All you have to do is match up the watts RMS, size and the impedance (ohms) of the speaker.
