Would this amp work for these subwoofers?
if they are single voice coil speakers you will need to wire them in series-parallel to get a 1.3 ohm load so you will want an amp that is 1 ohm stable and around 800-1000 watts.you can go to onlinecarstereo.com to find a 1 ohm stable amp and they have good prices and free shipping on items over $100 and the manual for the amp will show you how to wire the speakers if you dont know howlNeed to know something about my car audio...?
Just get a mono-block with big power 1000w should be plenty. one(1) ohm impedence stable and if u wire ur subs right u'll be able to kick some ***. while ur at it also get some good amp wiring and a power-cap(1.5 F) should do the trick.Replacing speakers in 2002 chevrolet camaro?
i would recommend a mono block amp something like Directed if you can find them 1100d or hifonics 1100 or 1600 watts, if money isn't a issue go with jl audio 1000w or mmats 1000w. here a few that would do the job for ya have funWats the best sat nav on the market for £100-200?
I would go with the single channel Rockford Power bd1000. It is a pretty sweet amp and can definitely put out enough power for those subs.More Questions & Answers ...
