What does it mean if when playing a CD all my sounds goes to the subs. But everything is normal with the radio

Question:
I have a panasonic head unit with a 600w sony xplod amp and two 10" xplod subs. When I am listening to the radio everything is normal through all the speakers. When I put in a CD all sounds goes to the subs and nothing comes out of the other speakers.

It sounds like the power antenna lead is being used for the factory amp turn on. This would shut the amp off when putting in a cd. I would check to make sure both the aftermarket amp and the factory amp are using the Amp remote turn behind the radio.

Wow, never heard of that one. Have you tried a different cd. Sounds like the head unit is messed up. I mean, there could be no other answer because your head unit is what sends the signal out to your speakers.
