Rockford Fosgate are pretty good, but in a camaro, you might havr to build yourself a custom box, and that might take up your entire trunk... 10 inch subs are better, I think..they do not take up as much room, and are crisper....

If you go to www.caraudiofactory.com they have custom boxes for the camaro from 1984 - 2004 they range from1.43 cuft to 1.92 cuft they will probably make them with square holes for the kickers as well if you ask them .
just match up the subs to the air space
my recommendation would be 2 - kicker L5 12" subs this was the last one I installed and it worked very well.
