You will definitely want to upgrade your alternator. You may also want to put a larger battery in to handle the extra load.

Just so you know you will also need to upgrade your wiring. Do the "BIG 3" whit 0gauge wire. Search that on google or go to any car audio forum. Then the wire to the back should also be 0awg.

Just get a capacitor. I found a 5 farad Power Acoustic capicitor for 80 bucks brand new. Thats all. But yeah you might also want to use a second battery, with 0 awg going from the alternator to the first battery, then about 2 awg from that battery to the second battery in the trunk, and from that battery to the amplifier.
