How would you compare Kicker L5 with Alpine Type R subs?

Question:
which is better?
More affordable?
Longerlasting?
Pushable?
Reliable?

Answers:

Woody. i have another question. sound system.?

The Alpine sub is going to be your best buy. Beats kicker on all links except for spl. Kicker subs are a bit louder but don't sound nearly as good as an alpine. Alpine is also a bit more durable than a kicker L5 because the corners on the square subs are known to wear out.
