There is no mass produced electric only vehicle out right now (Including the Tesla, which is 100% electric but not a mass produced vehicle. Ive seen articles that showed people paying 100,000 for a telsa, [not exactly for everyone]). There are Gas/electric hybrids. I would recomend the Prius or the insight. They seem to be getting the best reviews as of late. If you are looking for a small suv Hybrid, the Ford escape hybrid got good reviews also.
