Will it sound okay if i have this setup in my truck...?

Question:
i have 2 lanzar heritage 12"s 1000 watt powered by a 1000 watt lanzar vibe mono amp. in the front, i have 2-400 watt 6.5" lanzar opti's in the door. they are powered by a power acoustiks 520 watt 2 channel amp.
im thinking about adding some 4x6's in the rear door of my 04 silverado ex-cab. should i connect them to my 520 watt amp? or to the stereo itself? if to the amp, how do i connect them? same with the stereo, do i hook them to the rear connections or front?

What is causing my subs to make a strange humming noise?

Adding speakers is tricky business as the impedance load (ohms) will change on whatever you connect them to. Most systems cannot handle very low impedances as this will be the result. You'll need to dig up some info on what the minimum required load can be.

I'm looking for a cd player for a car that has a subwoofer control level on it. Any suggestions?

This will also change the output power (raise it) so all speakers must be able to handle this new wattage output as well as the speakers you plan to connect.

Battery Power +?
