GuySmile is correct about the size. They are 4 x 10" in the rear pillars, behind the seat. If you have the complete setup, you will have:How do i know if my subs are dvc(dual vioce coil) or not?
3 1/2" in the dash
6 1/2" in the kick panels
4" in the doors
Keep in mind, even if you don't have the speakers there, the holes for the speakers are usually there from the factory, and you can add these speakers if you want.

Your truck will have 4"x10" speakers in the factory rear locations given the truck has not been modified. This is pretty much a very rare size of speaker these days. When looking for aftermarket replacements to go in these locations dont expect a great deal of choices.
