I need help wiring my radio a diagram would help?

Question:
well i cut off the part were my wire harness connects to the radio harness. so basically its wire to wire but its not working so know i just want the harness for both ends.
Heres a diagram of wat sorta happened
1st =>to=
then =to=
but know i want it =>to<=
= means wire
<&> is the plastic piece
