Sony 6cd changer NO CD, pls help!?

Question:
I have a Sony 6CD in dash changer system in my 05 Focus Ghia. Now all CD slots are full but when I want to eject a CD it says NO CD on the display. When I press Load it says ALL CD SLOTS FULL. Please tell me a) how to eject the CDs and/or b) what the fault is!

These are a troublesome unit. Its an 05 model with 3 year warranty so take it to the dealer and they should sort it out FOC under warranty
