ive got the power explosion series 2000watts a peice 10" subs from power acoustik. i kno nothing about wattage and wut size or brands of amps to get. i was just looking at a 1600 watt amp from pryamid the artic series and it was only 58 bucks but ive never heard of the brand. is that a good deal or should i go for a more name brand like power acoustik amps?

Honestly The amp is the more expencive part of the two. You really want ot have a good amp. I am running 2 JL audio subs. By a Phoniex Gold amp. It sounds like I got 2 15s in the back and really they are tens. I like my amp. Mabye look into one of those. THey are not terrible prices either.

yes get a name brand amp pryamid is trash remember in life you get what you pay for i once had a pryamid 1000 on 1 500 watt sub it would get hot and cut it burnt the carpet in my car so i throw it in the trash good luck

if your stock# is pw3-10h it is 700rms they come in both dual 2ohm and dual 4 ohm models to keep it simple I will stick with power acoustik for the dual 2ohm model use the sl2600d @ 2ohm mono, for the dual 4ohm model use the sl2000d @ 1ohm
check your wiring diagrams that came with the subs to put them in the proper configurations.
