What amps to use for 2 T210?
Since VW doesnrt actually manufacture cd decks, they would have a well known company make the decks for them to put in their cars...I would go to your nearby Circuit City, Fry's, Best Buy, Walmart and look at decks, find one you like and purchase it and have the store install it for you. Circuit City and Fry's will probably have sales people who know the products and can assist you in choosing a good deck for your car.
Is a 100w RMS powered subwoofer too much for my Alpine 50w RMS front and rear speakers?
You can get a nice AFTERMARKET cd/mp3 player at almost any electronic store...Shop around i'm sure you'll find one you really like. Your not gonna want the VW player, they will charge you two arms and one in a half leg for it.

Definitely go for a nice aftermarket model. I personally like Pioneer headunits, and they usually put out more power than most standard stock CD players.
