I would go with two seperate amps.you should get more power than you need, then turn the gain down to about 1/2 to 3/4. It's a lot better than getting less power, and then wishing you had bought a bigger amp.

To run the two amps, which is the best way because of the different wattage of the subs, your looking at about 800watts.
