How good are Power Acoustik FUBR-12's? 25th editon.?

i was thinking about buying a system for my 04 chevy s-10 blazer. a friend told me about Power Acoustik FUBR-12 25TH Edition subs. I was told Power Acoustik subs are way over rated and are poor quality. If you have or know someone who bought Power Acoustik subs can you let me know how well or bad they were.

I have a good friend who used to have a pair of those in his trunk. They lasted about a week. He said they didnt have the "Bump" he was looking for and the Rockford amp he had at the time was making them crackle and stuff. So a week or so after that he bought 2 SL-12W 12's by Power Acoustik and he has had those since. I havent heard him complain yet.

my friend had 2 of them as well and was putting 2200 wats through each one
they will go and go, never had any problems
