if i have a 4 channel amp and i bridge each of the 2 channels together, i know that if i plug one of the wires(two channels) into the outlet thing on the sub box it gives me a 4ohm load and about 200rms watts, if i put the other wire with it will it just double the power or will it change the ohms. inside the box i have a dual 2ohm voice coil sub hooked up to run at 4 ohms

and the other to the second coil
and also run a "y" jack to make sure both coils get the same signal

Your question is a little confusing however, I'll do my best. First off check and see if your amp can support a 2 ohm load in bridged mode. If so than the answer to your problem would be to simply hook each voice coil up to the two bridged channels. If you are saying that you only have one wire running from the sub to the amp than you definately need to hook both wires into the amp, onto one of the channels. Just make sure that the amp can support 4ohms in bridged mode.How do you remove a a stuck cd from a car radio/cd player?
You can't run that sub to that amp period. There is no safe way to do it. This is because no matter how you configure it, the impedance will be too low for the amp to handle.Removing car stereo and it need a special tool to slide it out.any other solution than the tool?

The other sub must also be 2 ohm DVC.
