I am Not an expert but I had a high quality 12" 400w sub and a off brand 700w amp and it sounded good. I would think with a good quality amp, 350 to 400W would be fine. Stores like bst buy, crct city and American have displays that you can mess with. see how they match theres up. no, 450 rms is perfect, you can put in about 10% more than the rms, unless you want to really take a chance, but the extra 10% will give u a little more power than the original rms, but you dont need itAnyone know the wiring diagram for a grand am?
