I dont no of any site, but if you put ur car radio in a plastic bag and seal it tight then put it in2 ur frezzer and leave it there for about 3 days take it out and let it sit for about a day the code should b broke and u will never have to enter a code again. This is how thiefs do it when they steal ur car radio. ( im not a thief in case u were wondering how i knew) Hope this has helped.

Some makes are easier to decode than others.
If it's a Philips CAR400, I have a program which should decode it, if you can give me the serial number.
