I know it's an unusual request for like say best buy, or circuit city, they don't do it! so where do i go? I tried installing it in my last car, but It's way too much work. I don't know how to pull up certain things. and i accidently knocked a couple wires out (auto lock, window roll down, and the windows fell off it's track) most shops i talked to say they don't do it...insurance issues?? so yeah..where do i go? i'm out in san francisco.

They will be your best resource for getting this work done.To find them go to a Mercedes Benz, BMW or a Lexus dealer. They have shops that they trust that do custom work for them

Although the cost of doing a complete "wrap" of the interior of your car will be expensive it WILL be worth it. I just completed a full wrap of the interior of my MB/Dodge Sprinter Van. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!

Took me more than a two weeks to remove all the interior, install the Dynamat and put everything back. At the same time I installed a completely new high end stereo/video system. It now sounds like a rolling concert hall/mobil-home theater. I was able to buy the Dynamat at a near wholesale price as I have a friend in the automotive parts business and I was buying almost 500 square feet of the product.

In addition to the Dynamat I took the Sprinter to a Line-X dealer and had the underside of the chassis sprayed for additional road noise deadening. I told him I wanted a "factory original" quality job done even if it meant removing major components. When I got the vehicle back it was perfect. Yes it was VERY expensive but it was worth the price for the additional road noise reduction. More than 20db. I now have THE QUIETEST Sprinter in the world.

The entire project added more than 600 pounds to the weight of the van. Sound deadening comes with an ongoing price too. Lower fuel economy. Since this a long distance runner, the quiet ride that is added to the vehicle provides a much better quality of comfort and I am not as tired at the end of a trip.

The most important thing about doing any project is PLAN THE PROJECT IN ADVANCE. Inspect and measure for every single point of application and pre cut and shape each one individually.

I recomend looking for places that sell Dynamat and ask them if they install it. most of the time they do, most of the time. But if not try independent car audio shops.Why am i having so much difficulty wiring my cd deck?
