XM and Sirius radio are trying to merge...?

Okay, this is gonna be long. First you need to determine what shape you want. Use a piece of 3/4" MDF for the bottom. Then cut the four sides to shape using MDF. Now you can cut your rings for the subs. Position them how you want and measure. Cut some support blocks according to your measurements and mount the rings. Now you have the box minus the fiberglass. Now take a piece of fleece and stretch it over the box, so it is tight. Fasten it with a staple gun. Now you can apply your resin and fiberglass in layers. Use several layers to give it strength. Trim as necessary during this process. Trim out your holes and sand when dry. You can use bondo to improve the finish. Make sure to prime the MDF so paint will adhere to it. Now it is ready for paint. That is the simplest way and I apologize if I left out anything.
