Well from what you've given us, it sounds like you have your mind set on parts and pieces already. Do you already have the amps?
First, with 3 amps pushing subwoofers, that is going to be a major drain on your alternator. I would suggest that you also get a higher output alternator, a second battery AND a capacitor (with what you plan on installing, I wouldn't go with any capacitor smaller than 3 farad). If you choose not to do that, you can expect your system to NOT perform at it's full potential, and you can also expect you headlights to d@mn near cut off when the bass hits, and you'll probably need to replace that alternator within a year.

You'll also need another distribution block for the ground. When connecting the distribution block for the ground, try and keep the total distance of ground wire for each amp under 18 inches.

With your 4 channel amp, you're not going to be connecting it correctly if you plan on connecting 6 speakers, but if you plan on doing this anyways, I would go this route:

For your output, you need to make sure that you take 2 speakers for each side (I would choose the 6 1/2's) and wire them in series. So in this case we would have both of the 6 1/2's on the left together, and the same for the right side.
To do this, you would have the negative from one speaker going to the amp. You would have the positive from that same speaker going to the negative of the other speaker. You would then have the positive of that other speaker going to the amp.
(This isn't recommended for subs, but for mids it will be ok since they don't draw as much power as subs do.)

For the amps that you'll be using to power the subs, hopefully they have a 'pass through' feature, which means that they have RCA outputs for connecting multiple amps.

If this is the case, then you would need to run one set of RCA cables from the subwoofer pre-out from the head unit. You would then connect that to the input of one amp. You would then run RCA cables from the output of that same amp to the input of the second amp, and so on for the last amp.
If your amps do NOT have the pass through feature, then you'll still need to run one set of RCA cables from the head unit, and at this point you have one of two choices.
You can go the cheap route and use a bunch of 'Y' adapters to give you 3 outputs for each side of the RCA cable (sacrificing signal) or,
you could get an RCA distribution box with at least 3 outputs, and that would give you the signal you needed for each sub amp.
Once everything is installed, do your neighbors a favor and go to an open parking lot to test and tune your system. They'll show their gratitude by not calling the cops on you.
