It's not wireless. It basically adds an AUX input to any radio.

I heard something on the radio the other day about HD radio?

It feeds your audio signal from a headphone jack ( or RCA cables) by FM modulation, directly into the antenna input on your radio bypassing the antenna when on, allowing the radio to work as normal when off. It comes with an On/Off switch.

2 Amplifier Set Up?

The cheapest way is to buy a tape converter that goes in your tape deck in the car and the headphone jack of your MP3 player. The wireless one that you can get at Wal Mart or Target for $30 or so is terrible. You have to switch the station every other minute and hold it at certain angles to get reception. If you don't have an in dash tape player you're looking at several hundred dollars.

What is non-fading?

the best way is to get a auxiliary interface for your stereo
