Hook up a uniden pro520xl cb radio - to my evo?

There are two 5-amp fuses, one right above the other, in the fuse box under the driver's dash. One is the constant power fuse for the radio and the other is the switched power fuse. Whenever I'm installing a new radio into these vehicles, I usually connect the constant power wire to the cigarette lighter wiring instead of the factory radio's constant power connection.
