I need a Wiring diagram for Jensen cd4610 deck?
Not wise as home systems run with an 8 ohm load.If they are 4 ohm SVC each, you can wire them in series http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j230/s... to make 8 ohms.
Car stereo help!! - Clueless but determined.?
They would then be wire to one channel.
I wired up a cd player in car but got no sound?
yes you can me and my bro did it once. not gonna be as good as an amp but its still badass to hear that kinda bass coming from your radio. Not sure how we hooked it up thoughYour home stereo my have a switch on the rear panel to select the impedence range. Adjust it accordingly. But do some reasearch before you just start messing around. Sparky's site has the appropriate info.
THE ANSWER IS NO.
I have 2 600 watt rms 12" Soundstorm subs and as far as watts what amp should I get to max them out?
12" Kickers ( and I have 2 of the L7 models) require a very powerful amplifier to be played properly - as well as the proper resistance in wiring. Home stereos tend to be 8 Ohms. Kickers require no less than 500 RMS ( at 1 ohm) and that's being generous (since they take much more power).
If you are looking for Earth Shattering BASS I suggest you invest in a good amplifier. Be sure to wire your subs to a 1 Ohm load - and make sure you wire BOTH voice coils, otherwise you'll damage the assembly.
