I just got two of these kicker cvx 15'' for each watting 1000rms 2000max peak and I need to know what kind of amp would push them to the gratest bass sounds also thay are in a hatch back box and I would kind of like the amp to be a kicker amp and if you know of anything else I would need to power them up some more or keep the power in the car as well?

to power those woofers, i believe you are going to need more than 1. i dotn think kicker makes an amp big enough to power both. but to choose an amp you are going to need an amp that meets the impedences of both of the woofers. if you got dual 2 woofer, you can get 2 amps and run each sub at 1 ohm to get the most power. if they are dual 4s then you can use 1 amp to push at 1 ohm. the choice is yours but teh 2 amp choice i think will work the best.More Questions & Answers ...
