how do you hook up a 1200W 4 Ohm Voice Coil Sub and a 800W 2 Ohm Voice Coil Sub to a 2ch 400 watt bridged amp?

go to the local stereo dude and talk to the guy and get some info as to what will fit in your ride and what you can afford....it will save you money and a wrong purchase and well as you need to discuss and get a guarantee -----if you cannot get all that at that store then you should go to a different stereo shop and start over with them---you can get a lot of free advice and info if you are respectful....

Lightning audio?

First get rid of the Sony I mean the thought was nice but if you want power, clarity and bass then you cant use an entry level unit. You must decide how many watts you are wanting because then you can tailor a system to your needs and music. And you can use a 200-300w system for that hit your looking and it can be done for a reasonable price but if you want the street to rock for example a nice 500w system you would need a min 5v headunit such as Eclispe,Kenwood,or Alpine and a good battery ie..Stinger or Optima and possibly a capacitor but a great alt should be fine at least a 140 amp.Next you need 4ch amp for highs/mids for a full range system and this can run a 6.5 component set and 6x9s that should be a min 75w rms and a great sub amp mono or 2 ch -Jl Audio,U.S. Amps,MMatts and their entry levels amps kills anything Sony,Kenwood,Kicker {no longer U.S. OWNED} can build so get quality power and mate them with good subs such as Jl Audio,MMatts,Alpine type r or x and Memphis remember you will need at 12" or better to move alot of air this is the big hit your looking for and you will get it at 500w or more and the same principles apply and use high quality wiring/cables .Also sound deaden your ride you can lose up to 1/2 your music if the car is not wrapped..and any audio store worth their ears will back labor lifetime and warr are at least 1yr on products .a system like this even with install should price you 800-1800.oo anywhere in the U.S depending on the products.Amps typically should be 60- 90cents per watt ...good luck

I wanna fit a car to my 3tonne boom box - which 1 wud b gud?

watts dont have anything to do with your bass or whatever.. just incase you didn't know. Factory speakers are usually 15-25watts and i doubt you will ever listen to your music so loud that your factory speakers dont go loud enough. If you ever sit in your car for 5 minutes with your speakers pumping out 160watts of sound into your ear, you will probably have a seizure and lose your hearing. Im no doctor, but im sure sumthing bad would happen if you did that. If i were you i would go out and get an nice 100 dollar amplifier and if you are looking for more bass -- then get a subwoofer. I have 2 220watt speakers in my front and 2 260 watt speakers in the back, both Pioneers. I get a little more bass but thats because my last speakers were corroded so i got more static then bass.
For around 200 dollars -- get a decent 200-300 watt amp and a subwoofer -- it'll be worth the money, but a pain in the butt to install =x you wont get magical sound clarity, but you will get a lot more bass, and you will get good clarity
Or you can spend 200 dollars and get new speakers like i did and get better sound quality w/o much more bass, like i think you are meaning to do.. which i wouldnt suggest.
OR if your a rich kid -- get 260watt front speakers, 300watt rear speakers, a 300 watt amp, and 2 subwoofers for the backseat area =)
**BTW -- sony is decent i guess, but Pioneer is much better
