I wanted to replace my stereo on my gs300 Lexus?

i want to know how to take of the original stereo on the lexus gs300 i want to put a monitor their and put a aftermarket stereo under were the sigaret lighter is i am going to rewire everything includong putin new speakers however i need to know were do i find the clip to take it of ive done it on many other cars i just cant find this one
